The Regional Libraries in TN have purchased over 20,000 audio and e-books which are available for you to download.  If there is a hold list you will be notified by e-mail when the title is ready for you to download.  In addition, there are another 34,000 e-book titles that are always available and do not count toward your 15 books at a time limit. 

Getting started with R.E.A.D.S. does take some time, with some devices there is software to be downloaded to your computer and reading device and some of it will have to be activated and validated before you can download books. Be prepared to spend about an hour on this set up process and if you do not know a lot about computers you will probably want to get help from someone who does.  After your device is set up, it is very easy to get these free e-books.

Our library has purchased some e-books that will only be available for our card holding patrons. This should greatly reduce the waiting time for these titles since we will not be sharing them with the rest of the state. We currently have over 200 titles and will be adding more as we can.  There is an assortment of popular Fiction, Christian Fiction, Non-Fiction and books for children.  If you have suggestions please let us know as we are just starting to build our collection.
